Mod Chip Raid

It looks like there was a raid in Hong Kong to crack down on illegal copying devices and 10K mod chips were seized…there was a disturbance in the force.    The request was submitted by Nintendo to pick up on the guys who were running the sting.  The company that was searched was Supreme “happy” Factory Ltd which had piracy issues all across the globe.  The companies assets were frozen until a complete process in court was delivered.  Nintendo of course had a press release and stated that piracy affects globally the work of developers.  Looks like Nintendo is taking the stance of the RIAA and I have just labeled Nintendo the devil.  Not because they were trying to protect their own investment but they actively participated in the capture of people who are selling mod chips.  Mod chips are and should be legal because what the consumer does with it is their fault.  Educational purposes only people!!
