THQ Making Wii Games
It looks like the Wii has a new friend and or developer. THQ has recently provided a contract with Wii to develop games. The interesting thing about this is that they didn’t have a contract with them previously. This makes me think that Wii is as bad as Apple with their intellectual property rights (which some would say including myself was the downfall of Mac’s previously). The contract will go from current to 10/13/09 (I guess Wii is testing THQ with their experience (rolls eyes!)). According to sources, Nintendo can refuse games and edit their information as they see fit. Unfortunately, the games will be strictly based in the western continents.
