Wii Review: Metroid Prime 3 Corruption
It was a few years ago *by few I mean many* that I first played the Nintendo version of Metroid. The rolling and I didn’t realize that Metroid was a chick…Classic Fun! Now lets bring it back to today. Metroid Prime 3 just dropped and I had a chance to play it. My initial response was with any Wii game the controls were very intuitive. After a bit of messing around my conclusion that the game is really fun! It really reminds me of Zelda but with a kick. I am a bit pessimistic of the graphics because, again, I play it on a huge screen and many of the faults are easy to see on a 480P resolution. It was still very fun nonetheless. I did notice that the beam system was tweaked a little and I think it was a good job on the developers end. I would have liked to see an online feature as i think its essential for the replay value and continued value of any game. I would say its a buy if you are looking for a game that has the intuitive game-play as Zelda or if you are looking for a fun on the run game! (I really didn’t know the old one was a chick, oh well)
