Red Ring of Death!

One of the biggest systems that is currently out is the XBoX 360. It has a huge selection of games that has brought it to the head of the next (or I think we can safely say current) generation of video game hardware. The biggest concern that I have for the XBoX 360 is its inability to keep its console from working. Some sources state that the XBoX 360 failure rate is as high as 30 percent. Granted, they have alleviated some of the consumer concerns by increasing its warranty from 1 year to 3 years. The issue I have with the hardware is its why they aren’t able to create an efficient cooling system already. Is it that hard? I don’t think so but I believe they did bring out the new updated XBoX 360 Elite. It looks the same (even physically) minus the color and the addition of the HDMI port (and small physical differences) that seem to not help its heating issues. I say that if a hardware is known to fail as much as it has, they needed to change it somehow so that it is more energy efficient. Dangerous Dave says beware of the red ring of DEATH!
