Another Business Card
Wow, I am sick of business cards. I have so many in my wallet that now I have “George Costanza Wallet”. I thought it was funny too when everybody told me but its not funny when you cant close your wallet. Fortunately, as my friend was laughing, he told me about a system that he uses that eliminates his need to put his business cards in his wallet. It is a business card reader. The great thing about the card reader is the ability to scan it in with the logo and configure itself to work directly with Microsoft Outlook. That way, you don’t have to find associated cards for your respective clients. The reader has an auto detection feature which is nice for us who have trouble pressing the power button and it auto configures on those days where you have a business client meeting at happy hour and you end up home not able to figure out why your card reader wont turn on. Lets be honest, we have all been there. The scanner is USB for those who like to hot swap things on their computers without turning it off in the back before you can use it. The best thing about the scanner is that it does all of the lead typing for you so you don’t have to type it after you scan it in.
