Bitter Cold!
I need a vacation STAT! I mean asap. It is insane how cold it is. Where in the world is global warming when you need it (I know I will eat my words when its 10 degrees hotter than normal in the summer) but its not summer yet so *raspberries!*. Anyhow, back to my dilemma. I need to get out. However, I am a smart shopper and as such, I look for a Lodging Special that I can call my own. I did some research and I found that there is a place called Amelia Island, Florida which is still not as cold as here. The best part: The deal is fantastic! You can book for two nights and get the third night for free. How awesome is that? It is a great bed and breakfast and one of my friends who was there last year with his wife swears by it. Granted, I am going there alone but I might come back as a couple! Or, at the least, I will know I can find someone there who is also single who is also looking to get away. They have different hotels to pick from so if you are completely crazy about where you stay (I know I am), you have a choice of where to stay.
