Customer Service From a Bank?
I thought those string of words was false becuase my bank doesn’t understand the meaning of “customer service”. I have had my checking account through one of the bigger companies for years (the one I am referring to has the logo that is styled in an old western with a horse). Anyhow, my friend has a checking account through Wamu.com and he loves it. He says that their interest rate is fantastic and most importantly, they have great customer service. That is bar none of the problems that I have with my current account. I feel like I am treated like a number instead of a customer. He said that Wamu goes beyond the typical bank and ensures that you are treated right. In my state, they have the free checking option which includes free checks! I am going to head there Monday after work and get my new checking account.
