I love these things!! They are defiantly one way the consumer can fight against the red ring o death on the xbox 360. I used one on my 360 and all I can say is that they are fantastic! A bit of warning though that one of my friends had one on his xbox 360. It actually melted into his xbox 360 and ended up ruining his warranty. Keep that in mind! Besides that, it does help keep the system cool during long playing times (I think we have all gone through the issue when the system starts to skip after a few hours of playing). It is recommended only as a precaution but again, it can ruin your warranty (which is pretty crazy since they pushed it out for 3 years now). Keep playing hard and let me know if there is anyone out there with a similar experience. My PS3 doesn’t seem to need a cooler since I haven’t had any issues with it heating up. Nyko does make a cooler though if that is your style!
