Thinking of Moving to Arizona
One of my friends has been recently contemplating a move to Arizona. Primarily because the housing market is not nearly as bad as lets say Michigan. It also has a phenomenal unemployment rate (3 and something percent) and it has Scottsdale! It is also getting quiet a bit of people moving from California. With such a strong growth you know that it will be the first market to jump back. That is why my friend was looking to get a first time home buyer loan.
